Thank you for choosing EZAO! We are committed to protecting your rights as a valued customer. Our warranty covers any product malfunctions under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. However, please note that certain conditions are not included in the warranty coverage, and customers will be responsible for repair costs in those cases.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers repairs for product malfunctions due to normal use within one year of purchase.What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.What if I lose my warranty card?
Please keep your warranty card safe. If lost, we cannot issue a replacement.Can I get repairs after the warranty period?
Yes, we will still provide repair services after the warranty period for a nominal fee.What about consumables?
Consumables like batteries and chargers are not covered under the warranty.
Important Notes
Please ensure that your product's model and serial number are intact. Any alterations or damages to these will void the warranty. We appreciate your understanding and support!
產品故障更換流程
新品購買七日內:
• 購買七日內發生非人為造成之硬體故障。
• 必須保留原出貨所有包裝、配件、贈品及原購買發票。
• 檢附下列相關資料以E-Mail向本公司提出申請:

保固期限內:(自購買日起一年內)
- 產品於保固期間內為免費服務,但不含配件
(如電源充電器)及天災如(泡水)等損壞。
- 產品交付本公司,運費由客戶負擔。
產品修復後送回客戶之運費由本公司負擔。
保固期限外:
- 本公司將酌收單件商品檢測處理費(NT$500)、維修費、零件費等費用。
- 產品交付本公司檢測,運費需由客戶自行負擔。
本公司將先對客戶報價,由客戶決定是否付費維修。 - 如客戶需要維修,請客戶先匯款至本公司指定帳戶,產品修復後送回客戶之運費則由本公司負擔。
如果客戶不維修,請客戶自行取回,如需代為貨運寄回,運費由客戶自行負擔。 - 故障品修復後本公司將以 Email 通知匯款,客戶於通知日起算7日內匯款,逾期恕不負保管責任。
